Doctors ask the people suffering from cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure to practise it. They ask their patients suffering from obesity, overweight etc to undertake this practice.

Health culture is a growing phenomenon. Newspapers, TV and radio talks regularly advise people to walk regularly in the morning to keep the body fit. The length and time of walk may vary from person to person. It is a healthy practice. It keeps the body and mind fit. It is considered a good start for the whole day’s work.

A morning walker comes in close contact with fresh nature which is free from pollution. He finds a kind of joy and pleasure which can not be found in any other way. Morning walk ensures exercise of all the limbs of a man. It is called a complete exercise in itself. Its practice should start right from the childhood days.
